2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will be honored.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least  48 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may incur administrative fees.
  • No-shows or cancellations made outside the specified time frame are not eligible for a refund.

4. Service Conditions

  • Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location. Delays may result in additional charges or missed transfers.
  • Our vehicles are smoke-free and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their belongings are securely stored during transit. Only Riviera Group is not liable for lost or damaged items unless caused by negligence on our part.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe may result in the termination of the service without a refund.

6. Changes to Reservations

  • Any changes to your reservation (e.g., pick-up time, location, or number of passengers) must be communicated at least 48 hours  in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Force Majeure

Only Riviera Group is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic conditions, accidents, or government actions.


8. Limitation of Liability

Only Riviera Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jalisco and Nayarit. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Jalisco and Nayarit .
