    How will I be picked up at the airport?

    We will send you a SMS  or a Whatsapp to your phone when the driver has arrived at the airport. In that message you will receive the name of your driver and a picture of the sign with which we will be waiting for you at the airport’s arrivals exit.

    The driver will wear a tropical uniform with a black shirt and a visible ID with his name on it.

    Additional stops along the route

    As a courtesy, we offer a 20-minute stop at a place of your choice.
    If you need more extra time or additional stops, they cost MXN 650 per hour.
    Each driver has a bank terminal to make the payment.

    What happens if my itinerary changes or my flight is delayed?

    If your plans or itinerary change, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
